Featuring multiple gongs of various sizes, as well as crystal sound bowls, this event can be a life-changer!
Please allow 60-90 minutes for the experience.

Astrology is the theory that the specific positions of the stars and how the planets move about the solar system
impact human beings’ lives, events, and behavior. Not only will you know how to live your best life, but you’ll also gain valuable insight
on how to live harmoniously with others and strengthen your sense of self-awareness.
- Birth Chart Analysis: reveals the planets’ precise location when you were born. It provides insight into your personality strengths, weaknesses, passions, and motivations.
- Transit and Progression: where you are currently at in your life and how you’ve grown. along with the planetary transits that can affect your current existence in life, as well as future developments.
- Couples Reading: Explore your relationship as a couple. This includes your sun (personality), moon (emotion), and ascendant/rising (soul) signs, and any other corresponding themes between your birth charts. (2 hours)

Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga Class is A fluid sequence of breath and movement for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
While focusing on presence and empowering the poses through mindful transitions,
we build stamina and courage by using longer holds in stronger poses.
A wonderfully gentle way of doing yoga postures with deliberation and calm.
The pace of a flow class is meditative and focuses on peace and serenity in the mind and
your body awareness. Poses are held longer, breathing very intentional, and transitions flow.
Slow Flow Yoga helps the student take time between yoga postures, doing several rounds of
breathing during each pose instead of moving in shorter breathing/time increments.
There is space between poses, but it still allows for the gentile rhythm of a flow sequence.

Full Moon Sound Healing
Take some time, this full moon, to focus on what you have accomplished in the last 28 days,
set intentions for your next journey and release all things that no longer serve you.
This will include a Guided meditation, accompanied by a Crystal bowl sound healing session.
Please arrive early to get settled, enter through the Sound Studio Door in the Back of the building.

Have you ever sat down to Meditate only to get frustrated at the fact:
You cannot get your mind to shut down, can’t focus, not sure if you are doing it right?
Fact is you are not alone; many people have a hard time meditating.
“Meditation nourishes the mind in the same way that food nourishes the body. It means letting go of our baggage, letting go of all the pre-rehearsed stories and inner-dialogue that we’ve grown so attached to.
We can’t always change what’s happening around us, but we can change what happens within us.
There is no good or bad meditation — there is simply awareness or non-awareness. To begin with, we get distracted a lot. Over time, we get distracted less. Be gentle with your approach, be patient with the mind, and be kind to yourself along the way.”

the many different ways to meditate, posture,
benefits and how you can apply it to your everyday life.
